Is it easy to create a form?


Very simple! We have made videos available to guide you. Just choose the questions and drag it to the appropriate place.

How can I get help?


If you have any questions during the creation of your questionnaire, you can call our technical support service who is there to assist you. It’s free!

Can I modify or change the questions in a quiz if I want to?


Yes. You can modify the questions at any time, free of charge. Completed questionnaires will be archived according to the questions and answers provided by that date.

Is the app designed for small businesses?


Yes! Our solution is designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes.

Can I put my business information directly on the forms?


Yes. You can personalize all questionnaires by adding your logo, your address, etc.

Is it possible to number the forms?


Yes. You can number each questionnaire and start the counter at the number of your choice.

How many forms can be completed per month?


It depends on the packages you choose.

Can I start filling out the form at the start of the day and come back to finish it at the end of the day?


Yes. You can save it anytime and come back to it when you’re ready to finish it.

Can I set up a mandatory response to certain questions?


Yes. When you create your questionnaires, you can define questions that must be answered.

What happens if I choose a 500 response form package and exceed that number during the month?


You will then have to pay for an additional form and pay a fee of $14.99 for that month.

Can the form be completed even if there is no cellular network?


Currently, you must have access to a cellular or Wi-Fi network to complete the questionnaire.

Can I send the questionnaire to one employee only?


Yes. You can make a form available to a single employee or to a specific group of employees.

Can an employee sign the form?


Yes. It is possible to add a signature on the forms.

When and how do I receive completed employee forms?


You have access to a dashboard that is accessible from anywhere in real-time. As soon as an employee has completed their form, you receive it in real time!

Can my client sign the questionnaire?


Yes. It is possible to add a customer signature. Once the employee has completed the form, they can present the mobile device to the customer to obtain their signature.

Can I email the forms?


Once the form is completed, the employee can simply email it from their mobile device (in one or more emails). You can also submit a form from the dashboard.
